I cannot say enough great things about Rambo pest control! We have been using them for a couple of years for a quarterly maintenance and they are fantastic. They always show up on the day they’re supposed to, they remind us in advance that they are coming, and they are always professional and thorough. Recently, while we were on a trip out of the country, my mother-in-law, who is staying at the house heard what sounded like a scratching noise in one of the walls. She called Rambo and they sent someone out as soon as possible. The noise ended up being the HVAC pipes in the wall and not something scurrying in the night. I was so thankful they were so responsive and thorough. I highly recommend Rambo Pest Control!

3 weeks ago, I contacted 2 different pest control companies. I am here to tell you Rambo Total Pest has far exceeded the other company. The other company came out sprayed a little bit for bugs and told me they only have pesticides and no repellents, so the bug would be back. He didn't take any time talking or even trying to check out the issue. When our Rambo guy came out, he was informative and took his time to check out the issues, which included a mice rat issue. He went straight to action and also gave me a list of things that would help. He then even returned 2 weeks later to check up on the issue as part of the initial assessment. It's been only a month, and we have already noticed a dramatic difference. They also don't just treat the initial problems they also try and prevent future issues with repellents and some poisons in animal proof containers for the safety of our animals.

Hornet & wasp extermination

Jeremy has been over to our house to help us a few times now. He is professional and caring and always updates me throughout the sevice. He also remembers us and checks in on our current lives when he contacts us, which makes him and the company feel more human than corporate. We often get wasps on our faccia and he is prompt in making sure all the nests are gone and the bugs sent packing. All in all, we find Rambo and their associates professional, friendly, caring and quick.
